Dr Adams is the best dentist I have ever had, and I’m 71 years old. I made an appointment with him because my tooth hurt terribly. He asked me if I knew why I was there and I pointed to the wrong tooth. He explained he was working and the upper tooth. I told him that wasn’t the tooth that was causing me so much pain. He examined the tooth that was causing me pain and knew why it would cause me so much pain. He remedied the problem with the tooth then, even though it wasn’t scheduled. He then proceeded to work on the tooth with the cavity. We are so pleased with Dr Adams, his knowledge, empathy, and bedside manner makes going to the dentist a calming experience.

**Highly recommend!**I'm so glad I found Cascadia! While traveling, I broke two fillings and needed help quickly. It turned out I needed 2 new crowns, & some fillings -- a cavity had developed under another crown.The entire team was incredibly compassionate, efficient, and professional. They promptly evaluated my teeth, clearly explained my treatment plan, provided detailed estimates showing what my out-of-pocket costs would be, and scheduled the necessary visits at convenient times for me. There were no surprises, and every person I interacted with was gentle, kind, and an excellent communicator.Growing up without regular dental care left me with anxiety and a lot of embarrassment about my teeth. Combined with a few traumatic dental experiences, I used to panic and cry before every appointment, and nitrous was necessary. The team at Cascadia treated me with such warmth, patience, and respect that I actually started feeling at ease before my last visit—and now my teeth are fixed!Thank you, Cascadia, for turning what could have been a stressful month into such a positive experience. I'm truly grateful and recommend you without hesitation!!!

I woke up at midnight in severe pain on Sunday. Monday morning I called the office and they took me right in. Dr David evaluated the problem with me, listened to all of my questions patiently, and decided to refer me to an endodontist. He prescribed an antibiotic for me and within several hours I had no pain. I highly refer Dr David to all. My own dad was a dentist, and I know what a good dentist is. I know of no one better than Dr Dave in Stanwood. He is the absolute best.

Dr. Adam’s dental practice in Stanwood is excellent for all your dental needs! My hygienist, Christi is fabulous. Her gentle cleaning and thoroughness is very much appreciated.Dr. Adams is also very knowledgeable and reassuring, he lets me ask questions and is not pushy about work being done. I’ve had way too many dentists talk me into unnecessary procedures. Cascadia Dental gets my vote!! 🙂

Cascadia Denistry is great. Anyone with fear or anxiety for dentists need to go here. Not only is the front office staff friendly and professional but the hygienist too!They ask how you’re doing during the procedure or cleaning, and do everything to ensure you’re comfortable. This office and Dr. Adams are the best!

There are skilled dentists and then there are Master Dentists; so why settle for simply the skilled ones? Dr. Adams and the crew (and it really is a close knit team) are superb. I went in to have an obscure cavity cleaned out, which had been picked up by Jeremy, the dental hygienist's observation the week before. Ordinarily not a big deal, but this one was tucked under an old, old crown, right at the gum line. Had to pop the crown off, clean the gunk out, take measurements and then fashion (and attach) a temp for the three weeks until the permanent crown came in. No hurt, no discomfort, Patrick, the technician is an artist with his hands and out the door I went, subconsciously not yet taking on board the fact that I had a temp in there. T:hat's how good the handicraft was. Yes, I broke it off the next day, but brought it back in my hand and Patrick put it back in. And gave me a sachet of the dental equivalent of Crazy Glue in the event it came out again. Now how much better than that can it get?

Great people, the new Doctor there Dr. Adams is a nice guy and he has a great Staff working there very friendly and helpfull, my friends ask how was it at the dentist, I let them know its a easy deal you just sit there and they do all of the work.I had not been to the dentist in sometime like 38 years had two molars removed as they where cracked a crown put in and working on having a two tooth implant's, Post implant done today it's a easy deal you just sit there they do all of the work and I thought it was pain free.
