Dr. Adams and his team continue to take wonderful care of my teeth and my two young daughters. I was very nervous to bring in my 2 year old, but the staff immediately welcomed us in, offering toys and even down on their knees playing with her while my teeth were cleaned. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I don't leave a cleaning with a sore mouth, so that's a huge plus! Scheduling is easy and they've been awesome at getting me in for more emergent visits (ex chipped tooth). They even got my mom in emergently when she was visiting from out of state!My husband used to haaaate going to the dentist and even stopped going for years... And after finally convincing him to go to Cascadia, he now has no problem going for cleanings (even deep cleanings)!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTIST! I have extremely bad dental anxiety to the point that I have never consistently gone in my adult life. I have bounced around and been a patient at almost every dentist in the area and never stuck around. I’m not SUPER consistent still, but every time I go in it calms me down just a bit more to where I feel comfortable making another appointment! Dr Adams and his staff are amazing! I just had my wisdom teeth pulled and him and Becca could not have made it anymore of a calming environment!! Just when I felt like It was really getting to much I either was verbally checked in with, reassured, explained to what was happening, or was met with an extremely calming humming from Dr Adams. Really cannot recommend them enough! If you have dental anxiety or phobia, the environment couldn’t get any better (: Also, I can’t end it without saying how amazing the reception staff is as well, so willing to work with you and make sure you have a good understanding of the treatment plan! All around great staff!

Thanks for squeezing me in! While watching the Betty White special, I decided to Nosh on super hard Carmel corn. Got a husk under an implant that required some talc from Dr. Adams. Who knew! The staff was as friendly and accommodating as usual. I’ll keep them!😍 professional and kind.

Wow - Absolutely amazing dentist & staff! Cascadia Dentistry has changed the way I feel at the dentist & in a very positive way. I feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time I'm there. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety. I recently had a "situation" happen in my mouth where I needed to been see. Not only did they get me in right away. They preformed a beautiful root canal on me the next day. I was so grateful. The quality of care is simply incredible.Let me rewind a little for a second and let you know my wife and I spent hours apon hours looking for the best dentist we could find in North Snohomish County. We moved here & were ready for a new high quality Dentist. We wanted a place that truly cares about their patients, state of the art facilities, in house operations for most procedures (including some root canals), implants, nitrous / laughing gas, kind people, highly educated dentist, including knowledge & educated staff. we also wanted a place that simply understands the needs of a person on a very human level. A place that understands the fears a person going to the dentist may have.They went above and beyond in all of the areas that my wife and I value (they have even more services that were not even on our list that we might need one day). They had everything we have been looking for. I can't even explain it properly in words. Yet I can tell you if you value your body and want a dentist and team who will help you. Well you've found the right place. I'm so glad my wife and I did our research and found everything we were looking for right here.I have been truly blessed to have had very high levels of dental care my whole life. That being said Cascadia Dentistry might just be the best dental experience I have ever had and that is saying a lot based on the great dentists I have had.I recommend them to my dearest of friends & anyone I know who lives in the area. I had been holding off on my routine dental care because of Covid 19. Consequently My teeth needed a little more care and attention than my usual visits. Cascadia Dentistry is taking every care and precaution available to protect patients. I felt totally safe and comfortable. Even though my cleaning required more time than usual, the hygienist worked gently and thoroughly. I’m so glad I made this appointment. My teeth feel SO clean.

Because of Covid-19, it is a new world entering into public spaces again. At first I was a little nervous as I called from my car to say I was present, interviewed on the phone, escorted from my car and into the building. There was temperature taking, sanitizing, special mouthwash and that was all before making it to the dentist's chair! But the entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed today. In fact it was an enjoyable visit. I had an excellent cleaning experience, a good checkup and a good consultation about the costs of a new crown. It's not every day one says they enjoyed their visit to the dentist but I did today and I am grateful. Thank you.

There are skilled dentists and then there are Master Dentists; so why settle for simply the skilled ones? Dr. Adams and the crew (and it really is a close knit team) are superb. I went in to have an obscure cavity cleaned out, which had been picked up by Jeremy, the dental hygienist's observation the week before. Ordinarily not a big deal, but this one was tucked under an old, old crown, right at the gum line. Had to pop the crown off, clean the gunk out, take measurements and then fashion (and attach) a temp for the three weeks until the permanent crown came in. No hurt, no discomfort, Patrick, the technician is an artist with his hands and out the door I went, subconsciously not yet taking on board the fact that I had a temp in there. T:hat's how good the handicraft was. Yes, I broke it off the next day, but brought it back in my hand and Patrick put it back in. And gave me a sachet of the dental equivalent of Crazy Glue in the event it came out again. Now how much better than that can it get?

Great people, the new Doctor there Dr. Adams is a nice guy and he has a great Staff working there very friendly and helpfull, my friends ask how was it at the dentist, I let them know its a easy deal you just sit there and they do all of the work.I had not been to the dentist in sometime like 38 years had two molars removed as they where cracked a crown put in and working on having a two tooth implant's, Post implant done today it's a easy deal you just sit there they do all of the work and I thought it was pain free.
