If anyone is looking for a new dentist, as I was, having recently relocated to Camano Island from Seattle -- call Dr. Adams' office. My experience was (and will continue to be) exceptional every step of the way. From making my initial appointment to receiving excellent dental care. The front office desk team is kind, friendly, patient, and was incredibly helpful as we navigated my new insurance plan. Kristie is an outstanding dental hygienist - I had no idea how clean my teeth could really feel! Let me also admit that I get nervous two days ahead of going to the dentist.... Kristie took the time needed to make sure I was comfortable. And when it was going to get a little uncomfortable, she gave me advance warning (!) and made is so much easier. Kudos to Emily too, for making the x-rays as painless as possible too! And then there's Dr. Adams -- lovely, friendly, astute and professional. I would highly and strongly recommend this team, and to the team, thank you for such a warm welcome! See you in another six months 8-)!

Came in for a cleaning yesterday with Jeremy, and he is always good. Very good with humor, professional and makes one feel at ease. Going to the dentist has taken me years to get past the anxiety- as I’ve even had to do gas in a cleaning, not anymore with Cascadia Dentistry. Been going here for a few years & they have always treated me well. Dr. Abram’s has a great approach to his business and customers. Glad to give them great praise for their customer service!!!

I have went to Dr. Adams as long as he has been open. The staff has been consistently great over the last decade and my smile can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, as I have had bonds, Invisalign and veneers done with them and look forward every time I go back.

New Review from Murl Leibrecht regarding his most recent appointment on August 21st, 2024:I had a routine dental cleaning yesterday with Christie, who once again exceeded my expectations in order to provide me with the best dental care I've encountered in my 80+ years of "going to the dentist". Dr. Adams also made his usual appearance to inspect a pesky tooth that's been giving me cause concern. Lying in that dental chair has never been a pleasant experience, but Christie and Dr. Adams did their best to put me at ease, answer all my questions, and attend to my dental needs in a thoroughly professional manner. Dr. Adams has grown into his practice in the nicest imaginable way after coming to Stanwood 8 years ago. He treats me like an old friend, and he makes me feel that my old teeth really matter to him. Christie is equally impressive, and she spent more time than usual yesterday, not simply cleaning my teeth, but bringing me up to speed on the latest techniques that could help me keep my teeth strong and healthy. Even though she'd had a long, demanding day, she stayed late to ensure that all my needs were taken care of. Her gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring manner are a gift to those of us who would rather be anywhere but sitting in the dentist's chair. I called in the afternoon and the staff fitted me in the next morning. All necessary measures were taken to evaluate my pain including an x-ray, the history of the discomfort, adjustment of my night guard, and sensitivity tests. Recommendations were made and a follow up suggested if the situation didn’t resolve.Dr. Adams and his staff exhibit the highest integrity, most effective sanitation techniques, and treat every patient like family. They are also very receptive of insurance coverage, which makes it very easy for the patient. I highly recommend his practice.

There are skilled dentists and then there are Master Dentists; so why settle for simply the skilled ones? Dr. Adams and the crew (and it really is a close knit team) are superb. I went in to have an obscure cavity cleaned out, which had been picked up by Jeremy, the dental hygienist's observation the week before. Ordinarily not a big deal, but this one was tucked under an old, old crown, right at the gum line. Had to pop the crown off, clean the gunk out, take measurements and then fashion (and attach) a temp for the three weeks until the permanent crown came in. No hurt, no discomfort, Patrick, the technician is an artist with his hands and out the door I went, subconsciously not yet taking on board the fact that I had a temp in there. T:hat's how good the handicraft was. Yes, I broke it off the next day, but brought it back in my hand and Patrick put it back in. And gave me a sachet of the dental equivalent of Crazy Glue in the event it came out again. Now how much better than that can it get?

Great people, the new Doctor there Dr. Adams is a nice guy and he has a great Staff working there very friendly and helpfull, my friends ask how was it at the dentist, I let them know its a easy deal you just sit there and they do all of the work.I had not been to the dentist in sometime like 38 years had two molars removed as they where cracked a crown put in and working on having a two tooth implant's, Post implant done today it's a easy deal you just sit there they do all of the work and I thought it was pain free.
